Position Overview:

As a Commercial Cleaner at Enviro-Master Services, you will be essential in maintaining the health and safety of our customers' facilities. This role involves daily deep cleaning and sanitizing of restrooms, delivering essential supplies, and fostering positive customer relationships. This is a full-time role with the potential for additional income through commissions and bonuses.

Requirements:

• Reliable Transportation: Must have a reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver's license. A driving record that shows safe driving habits is required. Minor traffic violations (e.g., parking tickets) will not automatically disqualify a candidate, but the position requires a driving history free of major offenses such as DUIs, reckless driving, or multiple at-fault accidents.

• Strong Work Ethic: Proven reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to consistent attendance.

• Self-Motivation: Ability to manage early start times and work independently with minimal supervision.

• Professional Appearance: Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.

• Physical Capability: Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deep Cleaning & Sanitizing: Conduct thorough daily cleaning and sanitizing of customer restrooms, ensuring all surfaces are disinfected and meet our high standards.

• Supply Delivery: Replenish hand towels, toilet tissue, and other restroom and kitchen supplies to keep facilities fully stocked.

• Customer Service: Cultivate and maintain positive customer relationships by providing exceptional service and promptly addressing any needs or concerns.

• Quality Control: Regularly inspect your work to ensure it adheres to company standards and meets customer expectations.

• Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members to complete all scheduled cleanings efficiently and effectively.
